VARIETY
Old vines of Syrah and Grenache

WINEMAKING
Destemming. Longue maceration of 28 days for each variety in traditional tanks. Soft pressing, pigeage.

AGING
Aging in tanks for many months before blending in the spring

TASTING NOTES
Beautiful brilliant ruby red colour. Powerful bouquet of spices with hints of blackberries and licorice. Generous mouth with finale of silky tannins.

SERVICE AND FOOD PAIRING
Best enjoyed between 18 and 20°C on grilled red meat and slowly aged cheese or on chocolate.
