Destemming. Long maceration and pigeage of 28 days. Very soft pressing.
AGING
Aging in tanks for many months before blending in the spring.
TASTING NOTES
Deep and dense red colour. Powerful character on aromas of red fruits. Nice balance and complexity in mouth with a finale of luscious tannins.
SERVICE AND FOOD PAIRING
Best served with slow-cooked meats, spicy cheeses or dark chocolate.
